We invite you to familiarize yourself with the projects that we run. Some of them are in progress, some have almost finished, and some are raising funds. We run others consistently all the time.
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SCHOOL IN KOLANG’A
The society of Kolang’s area is devoid of education. Their dream is to send their children to school and give them a chance for a better life, more dignified and easier. Without help from outside, it can not succeed. The reason is prosaic, they can not afford it. It’s too far for the nearest school. They would have to walk 3 hours on foot in full sun, where the temperature often reaches 40 degrees. Children will not be able to cope, although being a student is a great source of pride not only for children, but also for parents.
Our goal is to improve the living conditions of these children and to enable them to learn in their own school. We have made this undertaking because we are aware that nobody will help them there.
We have reached an agreement with the Tanzanian authorities. We finance the construction of a school, they give a teacher.

DRILLING THE WELL IN KOLANG’A VILLAGE
Millions of people in Africa do not have access to drinking water. The consumption of polluted water, which causes infection of the body, is the cause of disease, poisoning and death. Sometimes the imagination does not go so far as to visualize what it really looks like.
In the area where we focused our activities, the problem of not having access to water is huge. Being there a year ago, I saw water that people drink and it was shocking. What I saw put me in a state of stupefaction, took my speech away and took my breath away in horror.
It is impossible to live, it degrades human dignity. An average European would not touch this water with fear and disgust, but the inhabitants of the Kwamneke region have no choice. They use this water for drinking, cooking and washing. The heart breaks into such a view, and tears come to your eyes. For this they have to pay about 6-10 PLN for 100 liters for this water.
There are sometimes many hours waiting in the queue for water and not because there are a lot of people. It is waiting for the water to flow into the dug holes, because in them it is a little more clear than in the “lake”. That’s what they call the swamp in the pictures. It is not known why, but there are places where this water is salty. Once a bucket of water has been collected, it must form a little to make it more clear. For this purpose, sometimes pieces of burnt wood are thrown into the bucket (this speeds up the cleaning process a bit). One photo worth a thousand words. Just take a look.
That is why we have now verified our plans. The second class at school must wait. Water has become a priority and we want to focus on this mainly.
Thank you FOUNDATION DZIECI AFRYKI for co-financing this project and for collecting a 1% tax for the construction of wells. Thanks to their resilience and effectiveness, we will achieve our intended goal faster. Our research has shown that the water is at a depth of 140 meters, which significantly affects the costs of the well. We need to collect 30,000,000 Tanzanian shillings, which is about PLN 60,000. Therefore, every, even the smallest payment is very important.

VIRTUAL HEART ADOPTION
One of our goals is to improve the lives of children and give them a chance for a more dignified life. They are children from families whose living conditions do not fall into any categories we know. Being aware that nobody will help them there, we have created a program that allows children to attend school and gain knowledge. In most cases, it also includes a feeding program.
As part of the program, everyone can virtually “adopt” a selected child and support his / her learning and meal, if necessary. Because a hungry child will not learn anything. Taking care of the education of children and young people, we give them a chance for positive changes, so that they can change their reality in the future.
Care for financial adoption includes children from Masai families in a dramatically difficult financial situation, whose illiterate parents can not afford to pay. However, they are wise enough to want a better future for their children.
The cost of adoption is just a few zlotys a day. The guardian pays the declared amount monthly. One or more children can be taken care of. It all depends on the financial possibilities of the carer. For these children it means a lot.
Funding options:
PLN 100.00 per month – support for a specific child in the field of feeding and education (payment title: adoption of “child’s name”) any amount – will be allocated for feeding children in school, purchase of educational help and medical protection (payment title: feeding)

WE SUPPORT LOCAL INITIATIVES
As part of this program, we support various types of ventures that give prospects for the independence of families who have no income. It’s an investment in their independence. So far, we’ve only taken the first steps:
- we were renting a 16 ha field on which we planted corn
- We purchased for 2 families and created a mini chicken farm
We made ideas about the form of investing in the development of this type of undertaking on the spot based on conversations with families, during which we learned about their possibilities and expectations.
Creating a job market there is extremely important, so we’ll be happy to learn about any idea we receive from you.

Material support
- we send parcels with clothing and toys
Educational support
- in order to communicate easier, we financed a 4-month English course for a person who is our main contact agent
- we send parcels with educational aids for the youngest children (notebooks, coloring books, crayons, markers)
Support in the field of health protection
- we financed medical help and the whole stage of a 2-month treatment of a person who became ill with tetanus. Mortality in Africa due to this disease is 60%
- we financed tetanus vaccines for 62 children
We support in the field of fun and physical movement.
- we bought sports equipment that supports the physical activity of children (trampolines, basketball basket, darts, basketball balls, footballs for football)
Other occasional events
- We have carried out the action “Fruit for every child” on the occasion of the International Children’s Day
We organize collections
- In order to support the Association and raise funds for the construction of a school, we established a social committee and organize a public collection called “I can read and write”. The funds raised will be transferred to the Association “To Help Africa”
